MONTH 1	Complete an assessmemt of your community	Develop a regional coalition
MONTH 2	Complete and submit the NSNRT application	Schedule and visit Humane Alliance in Asheville, NC
	Define and begin grant-writing and fundraising	Develop a timeline for your organization's clinic opening
MONTH 3	Determine your clinic building needs and begin facility search	Determine the requirements specific to veterinary facilities with your state Veterinary Medical Board
	Advertise Executive Director	Advertise Veterinarian position
MONTH 4	Continue to develop and nurture relationships with regional animal welfare groups	Begin planning your transport system, and secure partnerships with animal welfare organizations
MONTH 5	Secure your clinic facility	Send initial floor plans to Dr. Karla Brestle for CAD design
MONTH 6	Hire your Executive Director	Complete clinic facility
		Dr. Karla Brestle will order your equipment email Dr. Brestle
MONTH 7	Schedule your training with Quita Mazzina	Receive clinic equipment and finish setting up facility
	Hire Veterinarian	Hire medical support staff and office staff
MONTH 8 CLINIC OPEN	Send entire staff to Humane Alliance for one week of training	Plan and schedule an open house for opening week to answer questions from the public and local vets
		NSNRT Training Team comes to your clinic for two weeks of training
